On 20 December,2019  NSS Volunteers  Paid Homage to Sant Ghadge Maharaj on the eve of Death Anniversary





NSS unit paid the homage to Sant Gadage Baba on the remembrance day. Gadge Maharaj (23 February 1876 - 20 December 1956; also known as Sant Gadge Maharaj or Sant Gadge Baba) was a mendicant-saint and social reformer from the Indian state of Maharashtra. He lived in voluntary poverty and wandered to different villages promoting social justice and initiating reforms, especially related to sanitation. He is still revered by the common people in India and remains a source of inspiration for various political parties and non-government organizations.

During the event the worshipping was done by our college principal Prof.R.H.Autade Sir,Anchoring was done by Aarti Malwade, Ellobration was done by the Prashant Batule, Votes of Thanks was given by Gauri   Dhage,During the event NSS Program officer Prof. Gaikar sir,Prof.Sawant Sir,Prof .Gadhe madam,Prof.Shelke madam,Farm Department Staff and Student Section Staff were present  during the event and all the NSS volunteer were present During the event.
